This position works closely with the account management team to deliver actionable insight that will optimize campaign performance of our clients marketing investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing multiple deliverables on a weekly & monthly basis across several major clients.
- Be a thought leader and provide creative solutions to comprehensively analyze campaigns and business performance.
- Consistently deliver business intelligence to guide targeting, media and creative strategy.
- Experience with visual analytics (Tableau / Spotfire) is a major plus.
- Source new and utilize existing campaign / customer data to drive insights.
- Proactively provide guidance, creative thinking, and direction to junior members of the team.
DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
- Experience creating visualizations, collating data from multiple sources and leveraging the tool features to continuously enhance the value, effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting/analytics platform.
- You will have a passion for using data to facilitate stakeholders’ decision-making to be more effective and efficient.
- You will have experience with other data, analytics and reporting tools/systems.
- Have experience in analyzing display and programmatic media.
- Ability to analyze complex data, market research, and formulate recommendations, learning plans and accurate test plans.
- Experience with online metrics, terminology, industry best practices, and industry trends.
- Relentless problem-solving abilities and desire for continued improvement.
- Experience in a broad range of direct response media is desirable; including wide range of interactive, search, mobile, social media, and traditional DR media (print, direct mail and email lists).
- Ability to build trusting relationships by using appropriate interpersonal styles with clients, stakeholders and team members.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 5 years agency/client experience in online marketing analytics
