Keys to the Position

  1. Responsible for developing marketing communications solutions to promote the company’s Medicare products and services.
  2. Ability to manage high volume of direct response projects in a fully competent, autonomous manner from initiation through completion.
  3. Responsible for delivering assigned projects accurately, on time, and on budget.
  4. Requires managing client projects from kick-off to completion, working with all departments to clarify program direction and detail and working with extended account team to deliver requirements in the most efficient and effective manner.
  5. Requires close working relationship with all areas in the agency including creative and production. 


  1. Our account management team is responsible for maintaining the relationship between the agency and our clients. Members of this team are the liaisons between the Client, Media, and Creative teams to ensure the client’s needs and goals are being met—all while keeping the agency's best interests in mind. 
  2. Participate in workflow status meetings providing updated information and provide daily status updates; Lead internal client status meetings with account team and other relevant departments
  3. Seek, share, deliver information effectively to all required team members and anticipate/avoid obstacles while seeking efficiency and work with supervisor to make recommendations for process modifications


  1. Position will play an essential role within the department, supporting the execution and production of creative ideas in all mediums of clients. In short, you help make our creative ideas become real.
  2. Work with the team members and other agency departments to facilitate briefing meetings, prepare presentation materials for launch meetings, assign job numbers, create and traffic project folders, track progress, set up creative reviews, secure approvals and QC deliverables
  3. Delegate trafficking, Advantage estimates, schedule updates, and other tasks to downstream staff as needed in order to quickly and effectively move jobs through the agency
