This position is no different and plays an important part in our client deliverables


  • Must be highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of MAC OS.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign and then Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. There is the occasional use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of font management and using Universal Type Client.
  • Experience in proofing, quality control, and knowledge of print-ready file prep is a must.
  • Knowledge of HTML and Dreamweaver would be a plus.

You will employ technical skills and knowledge to check for accuracy and consistency in layout, text formatting while working directly with team members to create complementary branded executions, in sync with previously developed strategy and objectives.

Quality Assurance

  • Printouts are verified for error-free corrections and content.
  • Insure changes made to files meet client brand and layout/content is consistent with Art Direction.
  • Color correction, clipping paths and cloning of images as per Art Direction/client direction.
  • Prepping files through pre-press processes for release to vendors.
  • Collecting files to be release to vendors.
